If you are having an event, a birthday party, dinner party, or just want to entertain a large group, the Clubhouse is a wonderful and convenient location. Private events require that the Clubhouse be reserved, a rental fee be paid, and a refundable security deposit be made. This is a very simple process- fill out the application in the docs below, turn in the completed application along with two checks made out to SHMPOA, one check for the rental fee and one check for the refundable security deposit. Your security deposit will be returned to you after your event if the clubhouse is neat and clean.
