2026 HOA dues are $79.00 per month for custom homes/lots and $168.50 per month for patio homes.

Dues may be paid via money order, credit card via the owner’s portal (see owner’s portal page for more info), ACH, bill pay through your bank, or a check may be mailed to our lockbox at:

The box itself is a generic box that can be purchased at Lowes.

Numbers for the box originally came from Fast Signs in Wilmington.  BrandAll (4809 Southport-Supply Rd SE) in Southport also carries the same style numbers.

 Parts for Holding the Box must be purchased from a company called Mayne G (866–363–8834).  You will need to order the Dover Style.
